Letter from I. H. Kempner to Mr. A. W. Quinn discussing a State of Texas law regarding the action of cooperatives, which he urges Mr. Quinn to read. Furthermore, he has found that he can organize a cooperative for the purpose of saving on gasoline purchases and can require a large membership to make it profitable, and writes that it is worth investigating.
