Due to the circumstances, Mr. Marshall requests admission to the University of Texas School of Medicine. The letterhead reads, "Adolph Marshall, 300 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, N.Y.", however the "Adolph" on the first page is scratched out and replaced with a handwritten "Adrian". The second letter is from Ms. Framer, who responds that Dr. Bodansky is on vacation and will respond to Mr. Marshall's letter as soon as he is back in town. The last letter is a response to Mr. Marshall from Dr. Bodansky. He informs Mr. Marshall that he is ineligible for admission because the University of Texas only accepts in-state resident students.

Letter from Dr. Meyer Bodansky to Dr. A. T. Milhorat, who is from the Cornell University Medical College and the New York Hospital. The letter thanks Dr. Milhorat for sending eight articles concerning his work over diseases of muscle. The letter is dated September 20, 1939.
