It was a wish repeated by an army of contruction workers who are building Oklahoma City's biggest storage lake in the face of an ironic obstacile - the very water with which they hope to fill it up. Guy H. James, who hold the largest single contract on the multi-million dollar project, gazed wishfully across the scooped-out reservior site and declared "the water down there gets neck deep to a tall giraffe when it rains." And it has rained enough to touch at least three rampaging floods at the base of the dam site......Despite the setbacks, scores of workers and tons of equipment hanve made a mighty "dent" in the job . The dent, 30 feet deep in places, should begin filling up with the first 125,000 acre feet of water by the end of the year, according to Morission B.
