Herrera would like Carlos Castañeda to come to Houston so that they may discuss the complaints Herrera has received about layoffs affecting Latin Americans, Mexican Americans, and African Americans.

Includes LULAC resolution titled, "One for all and all for one."

Prince provides an estimate for legal charges from $2500 to $3500 plus incidental expenses. Prince also provides an estimate for Mr. Barron, which would be between $10,000 to $12,000. Prince advises Morales of the risks of proceeding with the amended application and suggests he seek the assistance of John J. Herrera.
