Each page contains technical information, result of the fight, and comments about the enemy aircraft. The result listed at the bottom of the page is either "Decisive America" or "Considered O. C. by 13th Wing, R. A. F."

Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."
