[A deteriorating building in the Fort Worth Stockyards]

Photograph of a deteriorating building in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Designed in the Spanish/Old West style, this brick building had been plastered over in its time to create a smooth finish. The photo shows how the plaster has started to come off, exposing the brick once more. Each visible window is arched and has pointed arches outlining them. The walls themselves do not appear to be crumbling, it is just the plaster casing that is falling away. A street runs in front of the building, a small lamppost sits on the side of it, and a telephone pole stands tall above the building to the right of the photo.

The church itself is in the background of the photo. It is made of light-colored material, and has two towers of different heights. There are three entryways into the building, each under an arched inset. The statue is near the camera and features Jesus Christ holding the Bible opened in one hand, and his other pointing to the sky. It stands on a pedestal in the middle of hedges. A parking lot sits between the statue and the church, and many mature trees grow around the campus.
