United States Agency for International Development.

Walton acknowledges a telephone conversation with Carswell and includes the address of Dr. Allen J. Moon as per the request from Carswell noting that Dr. Moon might appreciate a card for his 93rd birthday. Notation handwritten by Carswell indicates he sent a card to Dr. Moon on September 9, 1966.

Blackwell expresses his appreciation for Carswell attending the services held for his mother in Hawley.
