Video shows several weapons tests of the OH-58D, including the M296 machine gun, Hydra-70 rocket pods, AGM-114 Hellfire missiles, and air-to-air Stinger missiles. The video ends with a segment from NBC Nightly News on the use of the then-secret OH-58D. The previously top-secret OH-58D operated out of a converted oil exploration barge nicknamed "Fort Apache," to protect shipping lanes during the Iran-Iraq War.
