The letter concerns an order from the school for reprints of of an article by Dr. Meyer Bodansky. Mr. Bell recollects when an order was taken from a professor at the school a year previously, and how he was forced to get a state warrant to eventually pay for the bill. He states that he is willing to give the school a second chance if it is honest and amiable.
