A large section of skin was cut from his forehead above his left eye. Police Accident Investigators Bill Lewellen and C.L. Posey said the Rhoads car went out of control after it was side-swiped by a vehicle driven by Mrs. Carlean R. Sharp, 51 of 3038 NE 19, in the 1000 block on N Lindsay.
