Mr. Ross says the dairy contract went to Oak Farms and adds that The Borden Company and Foremost Dairy of Abilene did not receive an invitation to bid for it. He says that the bid Oak Farms has with the school is higher than the price they are currently purchasing dairy products and that the difference would cost them $6000 in the next twelve months.
