Bale or Bundle Wiring Tool.
Patent for a tool that tightly twists wire around a bale in a bale press. It works quickly and works better than other wiring tools. "This tool is so constructed that two or more wires can be grasped at two different times independent of each with one movement of the hand, not loosening the grip on the first wire while the second wire is grasped and cut off" (lines 35-40).

Blind-Stop.
Patent for a simple, inexpensive blind stop that adjusts and locks "the slats of window blinds in any position desired for the purpose of regulating the light, and to prevent the rattling and wear and tear on the slats, and to lock the slats so that they cannot be opened from the outside at all" (lines 8-13). It is easy to operate and does not use screws.

Patent for an improved railway signal meant to be used at crossings. It consists of a rotary signal post, operating mechanism, a lamp, an arm extension, the signal hanging from the arm, a bearing for the bottom of the rotary post, a box where the bearing sits, a sleeve that holds a cap plate for the box, a ladder from the post to the cap plate, and a brace.
