Klopfenstein advises the father of Subject OP 95040 regarding parole having been granted and the need for tentative arrangements for the placement of Subject. He advises of an investigation which will be made for the placement of Subject in Texas.

Toungate references a letter from Klopfenstein in which a report on Subject OP 95040 was requested. She advises that Subject has reported each month, the reports have been forwarded to their office and that the conduct and attitude of Subject is satisfactory.
