O. Flowers. At the bottom of the diploma it is embossed with the North Texas State Normal College seal.

The announcement is a plain sheet of cardstock; in the center, there is a raised image of the school's seal above the text, which reads: "The Faculty and Senior Class of North Texas State Teachers College announce the Commencement Exercises Wednesday evening, August fifteenth nineteen hundred twenty-eight at eight o'clock College Auditorium Denton, Texas."
