Looker, 32, of Bethany, told officers she was driving on W Reno when a bug flew into her blouse. She lost control of her automobile and crashed into the concrete block building housing one of the city's water wells. She went to the water department and identified herself, but officials declined to press charges. Police traffic Officer R.K. Brokaw charged Mrs. Looker with failure to have a state driver's license."
