Postcard of the Providence Fire Department riding a horse-drawn fire engine to a fire, moving diagonally towards the foreground. Two fire fighters are at the front of the vehicle, seven are standing on its side, and one is on the ladder at the back. The sender has left a handwritten note at the back of the postcard; it says, "Please pardon delay due to not having the kind you desire on hand. I like hospitals, monuments, and light horses, best of all - then anything interesting or pleasing to look at. I am going away next week for the rest of the summer, so you can address to Chilmark, M.A. [...]"

Postcard from the Craig sisters to their mother, Mrs. Doug Craig, discussing their day and night on their trip. One of the girls mentions she didn't have an asthma attack the night before. The front of the postcard features a photograph of two buildings - one is a light-colored stone building, and the other is a two-story building with porches on both stories. The light-colored building is situated in the center-ground, while the two-story house sits in the background. There are several leafless trees surrounding the light-colored building.

The front of the postcard features an altered, novelty photograph of a large fish on a flat bed truck. The truck is parked in the driveway in front of a tall, wood-sided building (partially visible to the left). The bottom of the front of the postcard reads, "Had a hard time landing this one!"

The front of the postcard features a photograph of a young woman standing in the middle of a cavern with high ceilings, and many stalactites and stalagmites. The young woman is standing between two tall rock formations, leaning with her right elbow against one of them. The cave extends further back, but the rest of it is hidden by rock formations.
