Postcard from Mrs. Davis to her daughter, Sandy Davis, writing to say Sandy's father brought back fish like the one on the front of the postcard from his trip, and that they will be attending an aunt's funeral in town. The front of the postcard features an altered, novelty photograph of a large fish on a flat bed truck. The truck is parked in the driveway in front of a tall, wood-sided building (partially visible to the left). The bottom of the front of the postcard reads, "Had a hard time landing this one!"

The front of the postcard features a photograph of a young woman standing in the middle of a cavern with high ceilings, and many stalactites and stalagmites. The young woman is standing between two tall rock formations, leaning with her right elbow against one of them. The cave extends further back, but the rest of it is hidden by rock formations.
