The fourth floor has support beams but no walls and there is what appears to be a grid on the roof. In front of the building there is a machine of some kind on the sidewalk next to a short brick wall and three arched entryways. In the foreground a woman is walking on the street in front of the building there are lampposts and telephone poles lining the street. On the left a storefront is partially visible and on the right part of a palm tree can be seen with other trees in the background.
