He advises of an enclosed clipping regarding the financing of Pittston, Pennsylvania. The reverse side of the last page of this letter includes calculations handwritten by T. N. Carswell. Typewritten on R. H. Johnson & Co. letterhead bearing OLD CHESTER BOND watermark; subsequent pages bear ETON BOND watermark.
