The truck, driven by Billy W. Wigington, 32, of 7813 NW 28 Terr., was headed south on Broadway when it was hit in the right side by an eastbound privately-owned bus, officer Walt Wilhelm said The truck continued south and toppled over onto a northbound auto driven by Carl L. Summers, 22, of 1514 NE 18. Summers complained of leg injuries, Wilhelm said, and was treated at Mercy Hospital. There were no other injuries. Driver of the bus, Phillip M. Dyer, 26, of 1613 NW , was cited for improper brakes and disregarding a traffic signal. Summers and the driver of a car sideswiped by the bus were cited for having no state driver`s license."
