A memorandum of a contract made between Felix H. Morales and Charles L. Belfi in Bexar County, Texas. The contract stated that Morales had employed Belfi as the general manager of the proposed radio station in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The contract listed the salary and commission terms Belfi was to receive as well as housing and transportation accommodations. The full term of the contract was to expire after ten years on May 10, 1957 and it was signed by both parties and notarized.

An Order for Construction Permit from the FCC. The order dismissed the application of Felix Morales in Houston thereby removing the conflict with another applicant for the same radio facilities. The FCC Order granted a construction permit to Bi-Stone Broadcasting Company in Mexia, Texas.

An Order from the Federal Communications Commission to amend the application of Felix H. Morales of Houston, Texas. The order acknowledge the change in frequency from 950 kc to 1510 kc and removed the application from the hearing docket.
