Presentation of a plan titled "Request for New Construction and Major Renovation" that would overhaul the then Business Administration Building, now Sage Hall, to bring the functions up-to-date. The presentation includes floorplans of buildings, and maps of the campus as well as tables detailing the enrollment numbers for students in the program. At the end two options are presented, one for an entirely new building and another for an addition to the existing building.

Document of an article from the Herald Times regarding a large fire that occurred at the developing Tex Tan in South Yoakum. The building was set on fire due to a mistake during the demolition process of the tannery building in order to construct the new Tex Tan location. Firefighters went through strenuous work in order to put out the fire and were successful as no injuries were reported.

Each floor of the building has a row of windows with curved tops spanning the building's width, each set into white frames. At the edge of the roof, white triangular pediments sit atop the ends and central section of the building, each with its own small, upward-sloping roof.

Each pediment and its columns sit in front of a centered section of the building that projects out slightly from the main part of the courthouse, which is rectangular in form. The projecting sections have walls that come to a triangular point above the pediments sitting below them. Across the main rectangular part of the building are three visible rows of windows. On the flat roof of the building is a chimney and a tall, thin metal structure.

The ceremony includes an introduction from Dr. Warren Henry, a speech, from distinguished graduate Deborah Brooks, about graduates' futures and goals, and the recognition of graduates receiving their Bachelors in music related studies. Shots of decorated caps are included in the video along with the full performance of Pomp and Circumstance by Jazz Studies students.

Panel presentation: Providing access to Spanish language resources online by Julie Judkins, Jaimi Parker, and Maia Gibbons. In Fall 2020, the University of North Texas Special Collections department initiated a pilot project to translate English language finding aids and digital exhibits into Spanish, to provide greater accessibility. Jaimi Parker and Julie Judkins, will outline methods used for translation and provide advice to institutions undertaking translation projects of their own, regardless of available resources.
