The purpose of this report is to present the results of a condition survey performed at McConnell Air Force Base (MAFB), Kansas, during 8-12 May 1972. The three major areas of interest considered in this condition survey were the structural condition of the primary airfield pavements, the condition of pavement repairs and the types of maintenance materials that have been used at this airfield, and any detrimental effects of frost action to the pavement facilities.

Letter contains transcribed message broadcast to mother from internee on Radio Tokyo. McKie was unable to get the address of the internee's parents, 'Mr. and Mrs. Horace Luckman', so asked that Mr. Dryer forward the message, as he was mentioned in Elsie Luckman's broadcast message.
