The second figure wears a policeman's hat and is disembodied from the shoulders down, smirking as a speech bubble says: "One of these days Alice! One of these days!!"

The event occurred on May 18th, 1991 and featured a Caribbean Variety Show and Samba Police. Flyer also invites the recipient Conjunto Night with Jose Reyna and Conjunto Cielito, which was held on May 25th of the same year.
