The North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts supports and endorses the proposal, giving thoughtful consideration for its funding. Reynolds explains in the letter that NTIEVA is a program devoted to research and development of discipline-based art education (DBAE), and that Fort Worth ISD and Burton Hill has been a model for the development of the strategies implemented from the program. NTIEVA will continue to support the educational initiative taking place at Burton Hill.

Woolery ends the letter by stating that due to his schedule, it will not permit for his full attendance but he'll share lunch and some of the afternoon's agenda what he can.
