A typewritten manuscript for a sermon using the text of Ezekiel 33:1-7. The Watchman is the preacher of the church, and as such, Baten took First Baptist of Cisco to task. They were not carrying through with decisions to build a new church, prepare for a visiting evangelist to give a revival. They do not recognize the needs of the city of Cisco, or the poor financial policy of the church. This was his warning to the local church, and was preached at Cisco, Texas.
