The type written letter reads: " 3/25/60 Dear Mrs. George: Found this in our files - - an aerial picture of your ranch. Thought maybe you'd like to have it. Regards, [signed] Donald B. Bryant, Editor - Gen. Mgr. The Herald-Coaster". An aerial photograph, 2000.048.007b, was enclosed with letter.

There is a chain with a metal bar attached to it hanging from a limb of the oak tree just to the left of the group of people. A smaller oak tree is to the right side of the photo. Beyond the wire fence in the background is a white wooden building and trees. Written in ink below the photo: "March 2 1940". Also written on back in blue ink: "March 2 1940".
