Subject OSP 22624 replies regarding the State Welfare Commission check in question, advises that the check is missing having never been received then gives a detailed description of his trip to Texas.

Subject 40-7940 reports to the Board regarding his plans to live in California under the authority of the telegram dated March 16, 1955 to T. N. Carswell from the Board. Subject advises of a job opportunity in San Diego with an industry that provides jobs for those disabled such as he is and of his Government disability pay promising to report monthly and to return to Texas willingly if required.
