Letter from Kenneth D. Blackfan, of the Harvard Medical School, to Edith M. Bonnet concerning her recent inquiry of "securing an internship at the Children's Hospital." Blackfan explains that women are not eligible for the position because they lack proper housing facilities for women.

Minutes for a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Children's Service Bureau. The Board covers many topics including the budget for 1961, the addition of a barbecue, and a story concerning two children "long exposed to neglect and a degrading environment." These minutes were sent to Edith Bonnet .

The text on the back of the photograph says these two women are being honored for their service to San Antonio: "Dr. Bonnet served...30 years while Dr. Jackson is credited with 25 years of active dedication to San Antonio."

Letter from A. Bryan Spires, Jr. to Edith Marguerite Bonnet saying they received her letter not wanting to register with the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. He goes on to mention that, by law, this letter serves "as notice to you that your 1974 registration fee is unpaid, and [her] license will be cancelled" in 15 days if the fee is left unpaid.

Letter from Howard Goodwin to Edith M. Bonnet letting her know that Mellin's Food is a highly regarded modifier of milk for baby formula and want her to read "two pamphlets first and then study the contents of our book." Goodwin concludes by saying they have suggestions "in relation to stools, constipation, colic, vomiting..."

Letter from Milward Bayliss to Edith Bonnet thanking her for coming to their luncheon and stating that "We are sooooo proud of you and all you've done for the city of San Antonio."

Letter from J. P. Sanders to classmates of 1926 announcing the date for their annual meeting in 1956. Sanders hopes that all will attend though he knows that some have passed, and that over time they will slowly lose contact with one another.

Notebook used by Edith Bonnet during the Spring 1916 semester while she attended the University of Texas. This notebook contains notes for medical classes such as intestinal diagrams and other molecular and muscular diagrams.
