Walls of several new buildings will start going up within the next few days since most of the footings have been run by constructors, C. G. "Pete" Baker, Oklahoma State Fair manager, said. Traffic wanting to make a change at this intersection will have to get off a block away then filter on to the new course from access streets. No cloverleaf exchange is planned, just a regular underpass-overpass crossing."
