The document starts with instructions for the students, and then gives an outline of what is to come followed by the bulk of the program containing the different discussion sections: "Introduction, The Principles of War, Objective, Offensive, Maneuver, Mass, Economy of Force, Unity of Command, Simplicity, Surprise, Security, Summary."
