Letter from Texas State Treasurer Jesse James to Texas State Representative Truett Latimer discussing problems with a void unemployment benefit warrant in Latimer's possession, made out to J. Williams. James explains that in order for Williams to receive his payment a claim for a new warrant must be made to the Claims and Accounts Committee during the regular session of the Legislature.
