Caption: "Richard Epperly, 24 year old Tulsa truck driver, ducked just in time when this heavy pipe rammed through his windshield during an accident nine miles south of Seminole on SH 99. State trooper said Epperly's truck, carrying pipe, ran out of control and into a ditch. The pipe rammed through the cab, missing Epperly's head by inches. the driver was hospitalized in Seminole with an injured ankle and facial cuts."
