[Alberto Lopez with plaques]

Photograph of Alberto Lopez wearing a shirt and tie standing beside a wall lined with plaques, one of which reads "Surface Water Testing Contest 'Best in Texas'" and was dated March 7, 1995. Alberto Lopez had been with the City of Denton since the early 1980s. He had a degree in biology.
