Postcard to A. F. Mumkels. The sender asks Mrs. Munkels if he's gotten his balance back yet. The front of the postcard features a photograph of St. Helena's Church in Boerne, Texas, a high-roofed, wood building with steps leading up to the front doors. There is another wooden building beyond the church (which is situated at the right side of the photo), in the background, along with a windmill. There is a wood post fence in the grassy yard to the left of the church.

Postcard from Laura A. to Mr. Will L. Hinkle, discussing her return from a trip, Mr. Hinkle fulfilling an unnamed promise, and the weather in Boerne. The image on the front of the postcard is a view of the exterior of the Phillip Hotel, a two-story stone and wood house with two wings, and a wood and wire fence surrounding. There are long porches along the first and second stories, and windows along each floor. The back of an open buggy is visible at the left of the photo, with a dark-colored, short-furred dog standing to the front and right of it.

Postcard to Mrs. G. F. Southwick. The postcard features a photograph of a long, two-story building with porches on both stories and a stone wall with an open gate in front of the building. The roof of the building is gabled and the porch on the second story is enclosed by a screen. There are a few small trees within the yard, and beyond the fence is a road. There are handwritten notes around the border of the photograph, and the back is blank except for a name and address.

Postcard from P. F. to Mr. Gustav Lindner, saying they were glad to receive his letter. The front of the postcard also features a photograph of a rocky, wooded area with a large open, grassy space in the center. Within this cleared area, there is a long, one-story building and fences. The back of the postcard contains the recipient's name and address.

Postcard of a river with several people in white dresses and bonnets standing along the shore, and more standing on a raft in the river. A printed note on the front of the postcard identifies it as "Blue Hole" in Denton, Texas. The handwritten note on the back of the postcard, sent from Roanoke, Texas and addressed to Miss Amy A. Allen in Manhattan, Kansas, says, "I had Jessie's letter sealed when yours came with the money order. Many thanks for the same. Baby isn't feeling well today but nothing serious I guess. Marian is not very strong yet. Hoping to see you soon."

Postcard to Mrs. Laurel Pitus. The sender says they wish Mrs. Pitus could see the countryside around Boerne, Texas. The front of the postcard features a photograph, colored in with ink, of Walnut Grove Ranch in Boerne, Texas. The ranch has two large buildings barely visible in the center of a large area filled with scrub-brush and trees.

Postcard of a blonde girl dressed in traditional Dutch clothing and wooden shoes, with a short message written in chalk reading, "It is you lof me ya! To my Valentine." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie, Dumpling, McFaddin 1906 McFaddin Ave iTr."

Postcard of a red haired boy holding small flowers with a message written in chalk, "Yous kin hev these flowers if you be me stedie. To my Valentine." The postcard is addressed to "Miss McFaddin McFaddin Ave. City."

Postcard of the Richmond Fire Department in front of a fire station on a street corner. The fire fighters are formally dressed, and standing with a horse-drawn carriage. The back of the postcard has a handwritten message that says, "Knowing you collect fire dept. cards, I'm sending you one from Richmond, where I am today."

Photographic postcard of Sugar Land, TX, showing sugar mill and railroad lines. Message on back reads "Three hours till train time". Post marked Sugar Land Feb. 6, 1909. Engine to far left has three men standing in front of it, one to the right of it, and two men on the top of it. The engineer has his upper body out of the window. Box cars (empty) on far right. Horse and cart (horse eating grass) between tracks on right and left.

Particulars will be cheerfully given if you will call on the --- TEXAS LOAN COMPANY 601 Pear St., Beaumont, Texas." The postcard is addressed to "Lelia Edwards 1906 McFadden Ave Beaumont, Texas."

The note on the back of the postcard reads, "You surely leave healed. With great love from Judell." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1906 McFaddin Ave Beaumont, Texas."

Embossed color postcard depicting a cupid dragging a string with red hearts and arrows behind him. Stamped envelopes float above his head; handwritten notes on the envelopes say "Miss R.L. Dill Okla City", Mrs. Alice Dill Okla C-Okla.", and "Earl Dill, O.C.O." Correspondence on the back reads, "Pap was not quite so well yesterday. I guess he has taken a fresh cold but I haven't seen him today as he was not awake when I left. He's not much sick just can't get over the grippe. What her doing did her get her valentine. Rosa" It is addressed to Mrs. E. A. Dill, 517 High Street, Oklahoma City Okla. It is postmarked Paris, Texas on Feb 13, 1909.

Valentine's Day postcard addressed to Mamie Collins in Waco, Texas with an illustration of a girl dressed in a flowery outfit and the caption "My Heart's Gift" printed to the right of her. Other decorations on the card include, bows, flowers, ribbons, etc.

Postcard with a photograph of a large building on fire and firemen attempting to put it out. The firemen are standing on the ground in front of the building using their hoses to try to put out the flames; by this point most of the building has been destroyed, only pieces on the front wall are left standing.

Postcard with a photograph of a burning building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The note on the back of the card says that this was the H. W. Johns-Manville Co. fire that killed six people: "1 ass't chief, 1 lieut., 4 pipemen." The photograph shows a number of firemen rushing to the scene with snow falling all around them and at least five high-pressured water streams shooting towards the building.
