This is in reply to Wesley's letter of February 1, 1949, concerning the January 1949 issue of the LULAC News sent by Herrera. Herrera praises the work of the NAACP on behalf of the Colored People and finds it an inspiration to LULAC members. Herrera requests to become a subscriber to the Houston Informer.
