Carswell informs Johnson that in addition to Income Tax service planning he plans to develop a Travel and Touring Service advising that he gave, as a reference, Johnson's name to Thos. Cook and Sons asking him to forgive his not having previously secured Johnson's permission. He advises that the City Commission seems to be rushing toward a substantial bond issue with opposition developing regarding the procedure.
