Ryan advises Finsley of a letter written by Subject 9803-A and approved by T. N. Carswell in which Subject requests the return of his U. S. Postal Notes. Ryan advises of the transfer of the notes to the Bureau of Paroles, therefore, he refers the letter to Finsley's office for attention and disposition.

She expresses her appreciation to Carswell for his assistance and advises him that nothing was said by California regarding the tools belonging to subject.
