Dr. Walter Moore, medical director for the Caddo County Health Department and Charles Wauhop, Caddo County sanitarian, discovered the health hazard at a roadside dump, west of Eakly on Cobb Creek, earlier this month. Wauhop, (man posting sign) said the refuse was burned and a large trench is being dug to temporarily handle future dumping.
