They have been identified, from left to right, as Marie Bram, Ingeborgh Berndt Atchetee, Helena Berndt Lauritsen, Gudrun Jensen, and Lillian Roberts. There are four men in the back. They too hold red pieces of paper. They have been identified, from left to right, as Fred Swendsen, Andrew Enemark Berndt, Pastor Eric Moller, and Otto Harton. The top of a Christmas tree is behind them, as well as a drop-down projection screen, a green wreath, and a clock off to the left.

Certificate provided to O. W. Schaer by the Wharton County Electric Cooperative, Inc., to certify Schaer's membership in said organization. The bottom third of the document has an embossed seal and two signatures by the president and secretary of the organization, R. E. Meek and A. E. Wilbeck, respectively. On the back of the certificate, there are two paragraphs of printed text stating the conditions of membership.

Certificate from a confirmation ceremony in 1891 written in Danish. An illustrated image of Jesus Christ holding the Eucharist is at the very top of the document. Below this is both printed and written text listing Martin Skjoldborg Kristiansen's name, who was presumably the person in the confirmation. Pastor S. H. Madsen's signature is at the bottom of the document. Flanking the portion of the text on the right and left sides are illustrated images of two angels inside circular motifs that are emerging from foliage. The very bottom of the document has one final illustration: an open book accompanied by a cross and chalice, also inside a circular motif, and flanked on either side by foliage. Accompanying information indicates that Martin was a "brother to Anne Marie Christiansen who is Doyle Schaer's grandmother - married to Peter Blasuis Nielsen."

Inventory sheet from 1939 after the Danevang Famer's Co-operative bought out a local grocery store. The document lists all of the supplies in the store, with prices on the far right and a total price at the bottom, which has been crossed out with pencil. The actual price appears to have been written on the bottom left corner.

The house behind them has several windows, and it looks to be two stories, judging by the second floor balcony seen in the far right of the photograph. The women wear long dresses, while the men wear nondescript shirts and trousers. The woman on the far left has been identified as Mrs. Otto Hansen, and the man wearing the dark-colored shirt as Melvin Hansen. No other names have been provided. There is a decorative border surrounding the photograph. Two repeating stamps on the back show a leaping fox on which lines of text read, "Fox-Tone Print Fox Co. San Antonio, Texas, January 1951"

Photograph of a two-story wooden structure and accompanying outbuildings in Danevang, Texas, belonging to Helvig Jensen Berndt. The main home has a shingled intersecting gable roof and an overhang supported by four columns. There also appears to be a second overhang in the back patio along with several strewn objects on the grass. Accompanying information states that across a time-span of 30 days, Helvig moved the home two and a half miles into a dug hole by wrapping a rope around a post and dragging the home with the aid of a mule. In the early 1970's, it was torn down and Grandson Elvin Berndt built his own home in 1973 on the original spot.

Soldiers pay record book from World War I belonging to Andrew Jensen. Information recorded includes total monthly pay, deductions, net monthly pay, date paid, and the name of the quartermaster making the payment. According to the title page, this book was carried by the soldier for his own records. The book indicates that Jensen's total monthly wages were $33.00, and his net monthly pay, after $7.00 deducted for insurance, was $26.00. His monthly pat later went up to $40.20 total and $33.20 net. Jensen was drafted into the National Army on September 19, 1917 and reported to Bay City, Texas. The pay book was opened on January 1, 1919, and he returned to the U.S. from foreign service on June 15,1919. He applied for War Risk Insurance in the amount of $10,000.
