A letter from William McCarter, co-director to North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Vicki Rosenberg, program officer for the Getty Center for Education in the Arts. The letter is in regards to prior correspondence in regards to Brent Wilson's evaluation on the institute. McCarter appreciates the evaluation and they have already how they have adjusted their activities based on the recommendations. However, there are some criticism to Wilson' evaluation and McCarter feels him and his team have more experience when it comes to specific areas. Attached to the letter is the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts 1992 Summer Institute Evaluation Response.

In regards to an evaluation received from Rosenberg prior. McCarter writes that because the evaluation was received at such an early date they were able to put into action many of the suggested recommendations and observations made and have begun the development of Leadership seminars which will allow NTIEVA to train the future trainers.

Requesting the complete 1993 calendar of events for their Institute by no later than January 21, 1993 to Julie Abel. The calendars should include meetings of advisory committees, consortium, faculty, management and so forth. Rosenberg also writes that for the upcoming National Conference that each institute only bring 500 copies of their brochure for handouts and omit any newsletters as they aren't necessary.
