Commissioner H. A. Leatherman set bond for the 19-year-old husband, Richard Gary Steinmetze, at $25,000. No bond was set for his wife, Sharon Sue, 20, who took along her four-month-old baby on the ill-fated foray against the bank. The girl may be released later, Leatherman said, so she can be with her daughter, who is now being cared for by her parents-in-law......The money, in a brown paper bag, was recovered from the car driven by Steinemetze, who was captured by Tropper George Brown five and one half miles west of Tonkawa on a country road. (photo tag: A crowd of curious townspeople clusters, around bank entrance soon after the robbery, awaiting news of bandit's capture and recovery of the money.)"

Smith, a partner in the cafeteria, called his attorney, Russell Johnson, about 11:30 a.m., a half hour after the demonstrators began assemling. The cafetera stood firm on its policy of not allowing Negroes to be served, but agreed that the demonstrators sitting at tables could remain so long as regular patrons during the noon rush hour could be seated. Carmon C. Harris, attorney for the building management, who last Saturday filed complaints of disorderly conduct against nine demonstrators, was on hand to observe the proceedings. Present among the demonstrators Saturday was Rev. Robert G. McDole, assisstant pastor of Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church. Father McDole was cleared …
