Dress of brown wool crepe. Knee-length, with wide rounded neckline, wide straps, sleeveless, and series of snaps and hooks-and-eyes at left shoulder. Upper part of straight skirt is attached to lining, and bodice area is overlaid with brown wool crepe "blouse" attached to lining/shoulders/skirt. Fully lined in dark brown silk(?), secured as a free-floating slip attached at neckline and part of side seam. Lined around neckline, armholes, shoulder opening, with wide band of dark bronze silk(?) as the outer bow/ribbons.
