Frida's Fiestas IV occurred on October 18th, 1998. The lettering on the front of the invitation is black and red, with a few of the letters seeming to have eyes. Inside, there are two childish drawings, both in black and red. The first depicts a young, smiling girl. The second depicts a horned animal, flowers, two flying insects, and two disembodied faces. A third drawing depicts a young woman holding a red fork in her left hand. Her right hand appears in four different positions, from limp to poised atop her head, giving it the appearance of movement.
