Buildings are on the south side of the square. Image is taken looking at 8th street from Main St. towards S. Austin St. The building on the left is identified as the Lesesne-Stone Building (1884) and the last building on the left with the pitched roof as the Steele Store/Makemson Hotel (ca. 1970-1911).
