Microfilm copy of a supplementary offense report by R. A. Davenport and W. R. Bardin. The officers met the ambulance which carried Officer Tippit to Methodist Hospital. At the hospital, the officers assisted in transporting Officer Tippit to the emergency room and observed as staff tried to save his life. A bullet and button were removed from his wound after he died.
