Letter from A. Bryan Spires, Jr. to Edith Marguerite Bonnet saying they received her letter not wanting to register with the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. He goes on to mention that, by law, this letter serves "as notice to you that your 1974 registration fee is unpaid, and [her] license will be cancelled" in 15 days if the fee is left unpaid.

Letter Max R. Woodward to Edith Bonnet appreciating her November 12th letter but saying that "Mel Thornton had more to do" with clearing the way for her to be admitted into the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Certificate sent by the Texas State board of Medical Examiners to Edith Bonnet certifying that she "has provided this Board the information required by the Registration Act" and paid the fee. Written at the top is the date of her graduation and when she first got her license.

Letter from Sidney R. Kaliski to Melvin Thornton detailing a conversation he had with J. P. Sandler concerning Edith Bonnet's application for membership to the American Academy of Pediatrics. According to Kaliski, Dr. Sandler refuses to accept her application and says that Dr. Bonnet has become "the victim of a persecutory [sic] fallacy." Also included is a note that Kaliski wrote to Edith Bonnet saying that he came across that correspondence and thought it would be of interest to her now.

Letter from Howard Goodwin to Edith M. Bonnet letting her know that Mellin's Food is a highly regarded modifier of milk for baby formula and want her to read "two pamphlets first and then study the contents of our book." Goodwin concludes by saying they have suggestions "in relation to stools, constipation, colic, vomiting..."
