Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas, to accompany a news story by Jack Kelso about 90-year-old Earl T. Akins of Breckenridge whose ambitions to build flying machines began at age 5. The story includes numerous still photographs of Akins and gliders he built over the years as well as footage of Akins in his workshop designing a monument to early pioneers that would function as a modern energy producing windmill.
