Next to the man in the dark suit is a shelf with dishes. Behind the people is a row of stoves, shelves, and ovens. In the foreground is a pillar and wooden partition. Typed below the photograph is, "The Modern Kitchen of Holland House. Chef on the left, Steward on right." This photo is from a newspaper clipping, which can be seen on either side of the image.
