Letterhead contains stylized text of business name and text reading: "The Company Has a large amount of lands for sale or lease in Parker, Palo Pinto, Stephens, Shackelford, Callahan, Jones, Taylor, Nolan, Fisher and Mitchell counties"; "Lands Will be sold in Tracts to suit purchasers, and either for cash or long credit. The Company has no Local Agents. Apply direct to this office." Letterhead includes the names A. J. Hood, Pres.; J. Pit, Sec'y and Treas.

Patent for a new and improved plow. This design "relates to that type of plows in which a double share is employed, one of which turns the sod or furrow in one direction and the other in the opposite direction, said plow being capable of being brought alternately into action, each to turn a furrow in the same direction in right or left turn plowing. . . . whereby the duplex plows may be alternately raised and lowered, and held in either the non-acting or operative positions. . . . and simple means for locking the plows in position for operation and for operating the locking devices" (lines 8-24).
